Emergency or Inclement Weather Information

During severe weather, school schedules and bus routes may change.

Updated information and changes will be posted at www.bsd501.org, tune in to local broadcast media or call 676-6400 for an after-hours recorded message.

Decisions about school schedules and bus route changes almost always are made in the early morning before school. This allows for the most current weather information to factor into the decision. This information is communicated immediately, generally before 6 a.m., using the methods above.

We understand these decisions have an impact on our families and appreciate your patience during these severe weather situations. While we know that our students and families are best served when we are open, our top concern is the safety of our students and staff.

Snow or Inclement Weather Information
School and bus schedules may change suring severe weather. Information will be posted here, or call (360) 676-6400 for a recorded message.

Photo Center
The School Information and Communications Office provides print quality photographs, enabling news media and others to download files that are too large for some e-mail systems.  Most of these photos are 300 dpi. 

If you don't see a photo you need; need one of a different size; or are having problems downloading these files, please contact the School Information and Communications Office at (360) 676-6520.
